Darkness gets a bad rap. When really, some of the most incredible things need darkness to happen. The little seed in the ground germinates in darkness. We, ourselves, began in the darkness of the womb.
When someone is struggling, they don't always need someone to tell them everything will be ok. But maybe they could use a warm hug, a compassionate reminder that even in the midst of their struggle, they may be growing in ways they can't yet imagine.
